Mechanical Design
Headphone ID is the starting point of development process, through sketches, 3D renderings, mockup samples, and other techniques. We detail and perfect the product drawing based on the customer’s requirements.
It’s always our endeavor to provide as detail design as possible through this stage helping our clients to finalize the perfect design.
Electronic Engineering
Honsenn’s electronic experts bring together a deep understanding of our customer’s end-to-end headphones design needs including all chips’ functions, industry-leading technology, sustainability, costing, and other regulatory and compliance needs. We apply the latest methodologies, best practices, tools, and technologies accompanying our customers through the entire product development process associated with the software, acoustics, and mechanicals.
Acoustic Tuning
The first step in crafting the sound of a headphone is to establish some targets for what you want to achieve. To do that, Honsenn spends time and cost on testing all materials, music, movies, games, etc. And we build our customized drivers with selective materials.
Firmware Software
Honsenn helps clients create headphones with their preferred UI, functions. FW engineers work with EE & ME on debugging and make OTA update available. Develop Apps for customers to modify EQ is also significant feature of our headphones.
Headphones Sustainability
Honsenn has the experience and resources to create sustainable materials for headphones and packages. Materials are environmental-friendly and recyclable and are sure to pass GRS certification tests. We help not just brands build their products, but also for the better good of the earth and people.
